Age and height:
We have imposed a minimum height and / or a minimum age on some of our fun rides in order to guarantee the safety of our guests.
Some fun rides also have a maximum height. Please see the table below for moredetailed information. The aforementioned safety regulations are stipulated by the TÜV (German Technical Inspection Authority) and our employees are obliged to comply with these in every respect.
Children who are too small for a particular ride run the risk of being injured. We have installed measuring rods by each fun ride requiring a minimum height in order to allow you to check whether you or your children fulfil the individual height requirements.

Glasses / mobile telephones / bags:
Please note that walking sticks or other unwieldy, sharp and loose objects (e.g. mobile telephones stowed in breast pockets) may not be taken onto the vehicles. These objects may get lost or fall out during the ride or injure you or other people.

Health:
Pregnant women and people with heart, back and similar health-related complaints are not advised to use some of the fun rides. More detailed information is printed on information boards located by each attraction. Inebriated individuals may not use any of our facilities for reasons of safety.
We have published a special information booklet for guests with disabilities.

First aid:
Our well-trained team of emergency paramedics, registered nurses and emergency ambulance workers are permanently on site to provide first aid in case of need.
